Article Snippet: Interestingly, orthologs of the P. stutzeri ATCC 17588 DUF368 protein (PSTAB_1476) were identified in 33 out of 35 of the Pseudomonas strains without PA4029 orthologs, but only in 3 out of 201 strains carrying PA4029 orthologs ( and ), indicating that PA4029 orthologs and DUF368 proteins are mutually exclusive in Pseudomonas .
